Bought an iPhone 15 pro max only because I had my mind set to have it before I entered the store. Joe was by far the rudest most unprofessional staff member for me to ever come across. Complete lack of basic customer service skills to say the least.
What an absolute superstar Daniel is. I came in with my iPhone 13 Pro thinking the button was broken and he took it away and come back and it was working perfectly like a new phone. Honestly, what a lovely, caring and helpful individual. You’re a star Daniel!
Very rude staff. I went in to charge my phone for a little while. The welcome was atrocious, I asked to speak to a manager. Martin was also extremely rude! Not even worthy of 1 star. If you want excellent service that should be delivered at Apple then I would recommend to visit the Manchester or Trafford store where you will receive a high level of customer service. I have never seen an Apple Store so empty in my entire life. I would imagine the poor level of customer service has something to do with this.

The store is in a great location in Liverpool One near John Lewis. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars, were it not for the daft queuing system. Anyone entering the store has to queue in the doorway while waiting for a free member of staff. If it's busy, the main entrance is blocked. A waiting area with seats would be far better. The store is more than big enough to accommodate this.

Don't answer the phone when trying to call about my repair that's arrived in store, when I did do go in the store majority of staff are rude, only a select few that are nice. I wear a sunflower lanyard and a lot of the staff look down on me

I had booked an appointment for a specific issue and upon arrival, I was met with a disappointing level of customer service that left me utterly shocked. The initial encounter with a staff member regarding my appointment was unwelcoming and lacked the basic customer care skills I would expect from an Apple employee. Subsequently, the manager, Emma, displayed a similar lack of empathy and professionalism, which was disheartening given the reputation of Apple. Her behavior was unacceptable and did not align with the high standards Apple is known for. Despite being asked to return the next day with proof of purchase, my subsequent visit only reinforced the negative experience. Emma's attitude towards me was dismissive and humiliating, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. Fortunately, a visit to another Apple Store in London restored my faith in the brand, as the employee I encountered there demonstrated exceptional customer service and quickly resolved the issue. It became evident that the information provided by Emma was incorrect, further highlighting the need for a reevaluation of her role within the company. I urge Apple to address the situation promptly and take necessary steps to ensure that all employees, especially those in management positions, embody the values of excellent customer service and professionalism that Apple is known for. Failure to address this issue may result in continued negative customer experiences at the Liverpool One store.
Staff helpful and smiling, the wait to be seen once initial staff have got your details is too long but otherwise staff know there stuff and happy to help
