worst customer service. not acceptable workers are so rude and refuse refunds. I wanted to return a controller but rudely declined my offer the worker gave me attitude when I said it dosent work. employees need to brush their teeth they stink yuck man. Not acceptable don’t come here. LIKE EVER.
Dont mind some of the prices on refurbished phones even though so.e of the phones i reckonised to be of stolen and /or lost phones & so the actual trust of the staff there is not very good in my hind sight and experience , putting this review about them will probably end up with me being punished for it some how , they have been very rude and arrogrant to me on several occassions and left me standing there and served others before me even though i was there first. I bought my own missing phone charger pack back from them on one occasion and another missing phone on another so yeah this is a true honest review amd experience with this store.
Bought a Play station for my boy from here, working very well. They have lot of variety.
Really liked the service as initial product was faulty but was given multiple options to choose from as a warranty replacement and was also waived the little difference between the product.
Bought a PS2 controller, it was faulty. Bought a replacement, it was also faulty. Bought games, they had save files still on them. Would not recommend buying from there unless you find a really good deal, they can be pretty cheap.
Worst service ever , the guy was confused about what I was talking about also blanking in and out of the service , ask me to throw away a box of headphones I bought into sell , making excuses why they couldn’t take the box the headphones came in , no apology for the inconvenience on my behalf, goth blond lady just gave me those death looks like you ain’t scary
This store runs fraudulent and a full on scam at a constant basis. I bought a copy of fallout new vegas priced at $42. I take it home and the disc doesn't even read on the console. I return the game and they offer me store credit which is again another scheme they use. I demanded a refund and they caved in fairly quickly. I then buy another copy of new vegas from blacktown at the same price, I ask the staff if they tested it and her answer was "We wouldn't know if it still works." I go home and test the game. It reads but gets stuck on the install, meaning that the disc is too damaged to use. I go BACK to Liverpool and return the game, they offer to swap the game with a other copy. I instantly realised that they just put the copy that doesn't work BACK on the shelf and sold it at full price. I get my refund and confirm that they did that. This store will constantly scam you and pull strings to make sure you don't get any cash back. The staff are hopelessly playing along with the company scam and it's miserable to see them go along with it. Do not buy expensive stuff from this place.
Any chance I can get the bulk bill off my account as I'm a advocate to homeless and all money is used to help them
I visited their shop in Westfield Liverpool looking to buy a used phone and the staff there was very rude and disrespectful especially the ladies that are managing the store, and even after I accepted to pay the full price they mentioned not cheap comparing with exactly the same from Cash Converters but other colour $150 cheaper in Cash Converters, but they gave me the box without charger, then they included a charger which was not the original that comes with phone and they insisted that this is it. I don't recommend to buy from them.
Good place to sell your electronics and to buy second hand stuff.
