Been waiting for video call for 40 mins I wonder what the peopke on furlough are doing

Was recommended to go for advice by my phone provider ID, but assistant was not very friendly or helpful regarding my problem. In the end had to pass on my own recommendation to go to other outlet.

Bought sim only.. Been cut off since the pac went through... ID Mobile say contact store or carphone warehouse.. They tell me to contact ID mobile. Lost my mobile number one star is only because I can't go lower

Called in to Aintree store to get advice on wifi and what one is best for our needs. A man called Steve helped us and took the time to talk through everything really simply so I could we could understand everything. He was really helpful and had great customer service skills

I don't normally leave a review but The girl in shop this morning was lovely really helpful and friendly and went through everything I neeeded for best phone and tarrif would highly recommend nothing was a problem for her excellent

theyre not interested in getting your business here at all and not willing to do any deals, just a simple no to everything you ask! the women who isnt from liverpool is so rude, just doesnt care! go over the road to the one in pc world who literally do everything for you and i ended up getting a samsung s9 at such a good price. sort your staff out in the other store and youll get more sales!

Slow and rude argumentitive staff. Seems to be politics between the store here and the one within Curry’s/PC World. They started to drag me in to. Did not listen to my issues
