Manager of Liverpool city centre store went out of his way to locate item for me checking stock and even calling other local GAME stores. Top class dude and great customer experience.
I needed a new controller for my Nintendo Switch as to play multiplayer games like Mario Kart and Smash. Once I had chosen my product I took it up to the till. There was no queue so I figured I’d explain why I had chosen to purchase said item to the man at the till. Only to have him cut me off half way through my reasoning. I found this a tad bit rood as like I said there was no queue behind me. He did rectify this mistake by asking me about the controller insurance. His sails were good as I said yes to the offer. But I think his mannerisms could have been better. He should have waited for me to finish my sentence. This hasn’t put me off from buying from your shop. But I feel it’s something the manager needs to discuss with his staff in the future.
Nice little game got a good selection of items. Staff are always friendly and helpful, stock is easy to find and though it can get cramped at times its not the worst ship I've been in. Just wished items were a little cheaper as a lot of titles seem way over priced for what they are. I miss my local one and its no replacement as that one had far more options to choice from. Its not the worst game ever the staff more then make up for where the shop is lacking ive never had an unfriendly member of staff.
What's the point. Just give us a automated kiosk to trade in and order. Went to buy Guardians of the Galaxy ps5 preowned. Found on the shelf. Queued up for 10 mins. Told they don't actually have it. Must be on the shelf so we can imagine what it would be like to play it. The only reason Game still exists is for trade in and discount. If you can't do that, might as well pack it in. No apology. Utterly useless. Avoid!!!!
Just went into your shop to sort out my boyfriends 21st birthday present and was met by lovely staff who helped us find what we needed right away, specifically Heather who helped us out at the till and gave us some great advice on games and memberships!
Horrible customer service, They didn’t let me refund a keyboard after I paid 50£ and my son said the keyboard was faulty . I don’t understand the return policy it’s awful. Never going back, workers are disrepectful !!!!
If a company should go bust, then it's this one. Stupidly overpriced, terrible uninformed, consently given misleading information, lies and awful customer service every time. If you employ unprofessional idiots and treat customers with no respect , don't be surprised when it all goes bust. Good riddance
I shouldn’t have bought anything from here. Spend nearly 20£ for a faulty item. Went there to exchange the young looking staff didn’t let me finish kept on going. I didn’t want to say anything i just said thank you and left. The lady there was nice and friendly tho.
Literal faeces outside the store
Game seems to have gone down hill recently. Instead of turning to pop culture items they've filled the shelves with pepper pig and other children's Hasbro toys. Pointless visiting anymore.
