Walked in just to have a look, straight away the person ran to me, said 'yes'. I explained I'm fine, I'm just looking around. I walked further away because he was watching me. To where he then decided to follow me and stand uncomfortably close to me. You should have cameras for a reason there's no need to stand around customers uncomfortably close, making them feel on edge. I quickly decided to leave after this.
Although in the end the owner did give me a discount, the owner extremely rude, although he SORT OF apologized in the end, he has a selection of around 2-300 vape flavors or more, I stood in front looking at them picking up maybe the 1 or 2 i was interested in then putting it back if i didnt want it, i was looking for something specific, owner is standing behind me the whole time maybe worried i will steal that is okay london road is notorious bad area, however- i had made it clear to him as well as showed him 30quid + i was willing to spend and he after 10mins looking he gets increasingly annoyed like i should hurry up, after a few more minutes and i havent quite settled on which of the 2 i wanted, owner very rudely asks to basically leave the store because im being too slow and 'wasting his time' despite me willing to spend and eventually spending over 40quid in his shop!! I get if he wants to rush me a long a bit, but the rudeness of kicking me out just because i am new to vaping and want to buy the right flavor is ridiculous. I picked the flavor and the CBD gave him my money anyway because i am the bigger the person and inshallah next time he is looking for an important specific item, someone will deny him or demand he choose the item on the spot for being too slow very aggressively. In all this time only 2 other customers came in the same section i was in He simply could've said, do you mind leaving your phone on the counter while you take your time choosing as these are expensive, or simply had some patience since he's about to earn 40quid, not like i was buying a small item. Or maybe not get angry that he knows nothing about how vape flavors mix like the VG/PG ratios, i said i wanted a lychee type flavor but with 70/30 ratio, in the end after much searching i found a lychee watermelon with 60/40 ratio, if he knew his own products he could sort the ratios of vg/pg or have some recommendations for flavors.
If I could give - star's I would. Very bad service the guy who is selling response very bad to us while we was trying to buy two of the e-cigarettes. You should treat yours customers with respect if you can't do that you should close your shop and try a job without customer service

Not impressed!! I have made two purchases at this store one being an iPhone and the other a protective case for AirPods Pro. Before purchases have gone well and I’ve been satisfied with the items. Since then I’ve been to the store a few times and looked at their MacBooks as I was interested in upgrading mine. There is a new guy there with short hair and a little bit of facial hair and he’s always seemed to be in a bad mood but today was the worse. I went in and he said what can I help you with in his usual ignorant tone of voice suggesting he doesn’t care. I said I’m interested in selling my current MacBook here. He goes omg you’ve came in here so many times and you’ve never once made a purchase you just keep looking at our products and wasting my time. I said I’m not wasting your time I said I look to consider my options anyway there is no need to be rude about it and I left the shop. I’m not willing to deal with someone with a foul ignorant attitude like that. I strongly recommend no one goes as this guy needs sacking.

A power surge on my USB port damaged my laptops motherboard. I took my laptop in on Friday, and it was ready Monday, and cost £80. Good service and understanding of me being in a rush to get my laptop back and making unusual requests.
