I am sad to say that branch in Glasgow really let me down. I was after some expensive and premium quality headphones. I wanted to test them out in the store before making the final decision, as they were worth more than £1000. I have spoken to Simon from Richer sound in Glasgow (on Friday 6th of April) who assured me that I will be able to have a "demo tour" and he will get it organised for me. He promised me that he will give me a call back on Monday in order to give me an update about the headphones. It never happened. Furthermore during the same day when I was taking to Simon I also sent an email to the store about those headphones to make sure everything will be prepared without a hassle. I have received absolutely no response from Simon or the store till today. When I called today to find out what's happening I was informed by David that nothing was ordered for me, and all what he had to say was sorry. 
It is really disgusting and disgraceful how bad your attitude is towards your customers. The customer service quality should be always on a satisfactory level, especially when somebody is interested to spend such a huge amount of money for headphones, the customer service should be exceptional and flawless but all I have received is ignorance and disgrace. I will chose a different company next time which will be able to provide me with the customer service relevant to to value of the product I am interested in.

Great service in here  staff are very knowledgeable.  EDIT: Bought 55" Samsung.. at just over 14 months from purchase date the screen developed a fault.. engineer took TV away, screen was replaced under the 6 year warranty with absolutely no quibble. They even offered me a courtesy TV whilst mine was away for repair.. one thing for sure the guarantee worked a treat. If I had purchased elewhere with standard warranty I would have been out a fortune...Excellent service !.....

Bought a Panasonic TX50EX700B from the Glasgow store. Was a pleasure dealing with John the manager. He really knew his stuff and I would definitely recommend this store.

Excellent service every time! It's good to talk to people that have a passion for the products they sell who give honest advice and don't always try sell you the dearest product if they don't believe it fufills your needs!
