A few years ago i took my Bose 'subwoofer ' to this shop for repair. I paid the cost up front. They sent me a text a couple of weeks later telling me that they don't have the part to fix it, and they will refund my money. 'They did' The staff said they can't sell me a new subwoofer. They only sell the full surround sound system. My Bose speakers won't work without the Bose subwoofer that the speakers plug into. The salesman said I could maybe sell my surround sound speakers on Gumtree. I now avoid Bose like the plague.
