Highly recommended. I was very pleased with the service. After walking about aimlessly for a few moments, I was approached by a member of staff. I confessed that I was a beginner in regards to playing the guitar, and this is the only place that didn’t make me feel like an idiot. The guy who served me was very knowledgeable, and he took me through some of the basics and recommended some accessories that have proved very useful to me, now that I’ve gotten to grips with them. A very welcoming shop to all levels of skill and knowledge, with a great range of instruments and accessories.

Bought my first guitar from Kenny's today and was extremely happy with the advice I received as well as the general atmosphere of the shop. Friendly and very knowledgeable.

Surprisingly unfriendly…couldnt test guitars. The answer was: only for those who are willing to buy one or who are seriosly interested. So why should I go to one of those shops.
