Although the service was really good the new apple experience leaves a lot to be desired. The layout, the decor, everything just leaves me feeling empty. If I'd not actually wanted something in particular there's no way I would have made a purchase. The store doesn't entice you in, nothing makes you want to browse and spend.

The staff are friendly and it's very easy to get an appointment, just ask a member of staff and they'll get you sorted. It took about 5 minutes to get an appointment and they spent a lot of time checking the phone and diagnosing it thoroughly. It's always good to check out the new apple products and see what's on offer. Their selection of headphones is cool too.

Very quick service if you go for technical support at the start or end of the day. Very helpful and friendly.

Apple's customer service has gone down in the last few years. They interpret EU and UK consumer law to their own benefit. Before you spend £600-800+ pounds on an iPhone be mindful that Apple will not take responsibility for a battery after it is considered "consumed" after they run a diagnostic test. An iPhone battery doesn't seem to last more than 18 months and so staff at Apple will suggest that you spend another £80 on a new battery...
