Normally would praise this store as I am a regular customer and find the staff extremely helpful until this morning when a member of staff (red-bearded male) was taking forever to put through 1 item for a simple trade in and his attitude was disgusting. Asked him if he could stop messing me about and he proceeds to slam the rest of my items onto the counter and tell me to go elsewhere, the man clearly doesn't know how to do his job properly or know how to deal with the public, this is not the standard of customer service I have come to expect from CeX and I will be taking it further.

Had to return ram as website didn't differentiate between consumer and server ram. Website original accepted order for two sticks of ram then advised they could not fulfil complete order. Site however allowed two separate orders, ordered sticks of desktop ram to discover it was server ram. Shop were helpful and accepted return without question.
