Small Currys but in the heart of the city centre gives it a welcome break from usual Currys outlets which are usually in shopping retail centres only reachable by the demon car. Most of the usual Currys items here although no white goods and obviously less of them since it's small store only. I bought my present laptop here going at a bargain price and pleased with it .

Thursday. Turned up at store and bought a Washing machine, Tumble Dryer and Fridge Freezer. Asked for washing machine and fridge to be plumbed in. In and out of the store in 20minues or less. So far so good. Saturday. All three units turn up and washer plumbed in. They were all set to leave and I enquired about the plumbing of the fridge. I was told that the engineer could plumb in the fridge but it wasn't on the work list so he couldn't do it. Instead they thought they had to collect an old machine. Wrong. Engineer to come on Monday to sort out fridge. Sunday. I find out the tumble dryer door opens as soon as I start it. Arrange for engineer to come look when he comes on Monday. Monday - No show engineer. Call to get someone to look at fridge and dryer again. Wednesday - 2 Engineers turn up to sort fridge but cant plumb in as they haven't been trained. Enquire about dryer and they don't know anything about it. Call currys again to arrange engineer and also ask for a replacement dryer as I was fed up waiting. Supposed to get a dryer within 2-3 days. Supposed to have engineer over the weekend to look at fridge. Saturday. Delivery cancelled due to weather. Understandable. Enquire when I can get new delivery. Told it will be 7-8 days. I went from 2 days to 7-8 days because of 2 days bad weather. I enquire about engineer to plumb fridge that never came and it was never booked by currys in the first place. :( End of the following week. Tumble dryer taken out of original spot and replaced, plugged in and left in the middle of the laundry because they didn't want to take any responsibility for damaging the floor. My experience at the store was good for but what they were to do on arrival was not as we discussed in store. Two no shows and 4 guys who couldn't or wouldn't plumb the fridge to the water supply in my home. I have spend an unknown amount of time on the phone rearranging engineers and days staying home waiting for them to arrive. Be very carefully if you require any other services other than just purchasing an item. After spending over 1800 pounds I expected a much better service.

Terrible customer service on phone purchased a washing machine and insurance at cost of over £420.00. Ordered Monday was given delivery date of Thursday 18th didn't arrive few mins later told arrive next Tuesday not good enough redelivery reassigned for sat 20th and again text saying no delivery til 23rd. 3 more calls and various excuses to be told store hasn't put order through properly leaving my elderly parents with no washing machine cost of calls n complaints cost over £30.00 only to be told they don't know when they are going to be able to deliver item but yet took payment from bank for insurance for item never received. Told to go to nearest store where made purchase to get refund absolute joke of a business and delivery service happy to take your money but not deliver goods. Won't buy anything from curry's again.

I ordered online a Lenovo 510 and when my wife went to collect, they said they have no online order for us and the price has now gone up.
