After sales from this company If you have a problem, they tell you to write to Nikon, then hang up the phone on you. Well that's just not what you would expect. Or nice, my advice is buy from Currys PC World. This shop will be selling sandwiches soon. Don't buy if the box has been opened.

Dropped in yesterday. EDIT from my original November 17 post:  

I was served by the younger guy, he couldn't have been more helpful.

I was looking to upgrade my flashguns but in the end despite him taking new guns out of boxes and trying them for me there was no real solution to be had.

The guy has a nice easy manner and was incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.. his main interest was getting my problem resolved not just trying punt me something.

Would definitely recommend M.C.C...

The gentlemen in this shop want you to get a good deal, they want you to enjoy your camera and they want to help you with your photography, they know that this gets them repeat business and I'm more than happy to support that. Damn right this place gets 5 stars from me. I work 100 yards from Jessops on Buchanan Street but I ain't going back there. If you have a question the guys in Merchant City Cameras will answer you honestly, they give great advice, they don't judge you how odd or uniformed your questions are, they stock a lot more than you'd think a shop that size could. I went in with a specific camera in mind, they guy went out his way to make sure it was definitely the one for me, and by this I don't mean he tried to show me other cameras, he just gave me the run down on what it does and what it's good for, then he showed me how to make use of it's specific features and agreed that I had the right camera in mind. I have nothing negative to say about this shop.

Been here several times and found the staff to be very helpful and professional. Have several 35mm film cameras, which are not in vogue, but whose use the staff explained thoroughly. Extensive range of 35mm film which I find I can't get elsewhere  Great shop!
