Very poor service with highly overpriced stock, you can tell some of the stuff has been lying there for years. Also, why is there a 2 for £20 offer on DVDs when they cost £9.99 each, so that customers can pay 2 pence extra for the privilege? Many of the staff are far too busy talking to their pals to even serve you. I was served by Jamie, who asked if I needed a bag. I nodded and said "yes", to which he replied "was that a yes?". When I nodded again, he gave me a look and then never gave me a bag. Perplexing and rude behaviour. I used to always defend HMV when people slagged them, but I think I'll join in now.

Love coming here to get sale bargains I am an avid film watcher and wrestling fan along with my kids and godson so enjoy getting the wrestlmanias and royal rumble dvds on. Day of release. Great offers various products books posters t shirts as well as cds and dvds.

Decent media shop in changing times. Interested to see how long this type of shop can last in Web based times but for me nostalgic I've spent a fortune here

Amazing place to get up-to-date music, there is also a lot of classic as well, also they have a large collection on vinyl that i love. Amazing service.

staff are so not helpful and rude. i can't believe how bad i was treated. if i wasn't so lazy i would actually sue... disappointed at hmv
