Fantastic experience at the Retallack Resort. From the minute we arrived it was great customer service. Facilities were great; near the lake apartments there are a couple play parks for the little ones. The room was very spacious and comfortable. However, upon arrival we had to clean the surfaces within the room. It wasn't a huge issue but it could've been cleaner. Despite this minor issue the room itself was lovely. Lakeside view accompanied with extremely comfortable sofa and mattress. 4/5 for me because of the minor issues with cleanliness. I'd suggest that Retallack invest in aroma products to give their apartments a fresh smell upon arrival as there was a slight smell.

Really lovely lodges and surrounding area. It's not really a resort... Not much to do around and it's a bit of a drive away from everything else around Cornwall. Nevertheless I really enjoyed my stay there

Fantastic location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to coming back next year

Unfortunately ruined weekend because of inconsiderate neighbours, adults screaming in the hot tub at 0100 and then their kids at 0700, we called reception but nothing changed. Why would you let your kids scream in a hot tub at 7am?!! Restaurant was really good, another group had issues but we were looked after really well. The house was great, a few tired bits and the pool hadn't been cleaned we had to remove the frogs and leaves! We wouldn't come back though purely because reception didn't deal with the noise, big shame.

Loved this place, lots of space and full of activity. Very well organised. Enthusiastic and helpful staff.
