Nice hotel and extremely family friendly. Rooms are good. It's was spacious and clean. The pool is lovely when the hotel is quiet... I can't comment on what it would be like when busy. Friends of ours said the massage treatments were superb, and the kids loved the pool, kids club, soft play area, maze, etc... The dining, being family friendly, can be noisy and chaotic, but on our most recent visit we choose to use the baby listening service and eat separately to the kids, and that worked fine. Adult dinner menu is good. 9 out of 10ish?! We'll certainly be back.

Nice restaurant. The rooms are filthy, stains on carpets chairs and the bath is so small I can lie down in it. We upgraded to a sea view suite and the bed sheets didn't look changed, I complained and they put a new sheet on but you wouldn't want your kids to drop food on the carpet floor. Needs a new carpet badly. They have a creche for the babies but you can't play in there with them, they also have an indoor play area......but no toys! Just a kitchen and slide and few sit in cars. You can only play with a kitchen for so long by opening and closing it. Staff at reception are nice. We took our baby they have a separate room with two beds in but it's right next to the door into the suite so I do worry that anyone could come in and take the baby and I wouldn't hear it.....thinking the worse, big draft comes under the door into twin room, we put a towel down to try and warm the room up.

Not a very big choice on the evening menu. Some of the coffee in the room was dated July 2017 ( I visited February 2018) Overall the staff have been very nice and the room was nice, although we had a hot water cylinder in our room that kept making noises throughout the night which was right next to the cot. The taps on the basin leaked on to the floor everytime the basin was used. We may have been on a deal for the long weekend we spent here but it was still not a cheap hotel. These things just should not happen in my opinion.

Attended a hen party at Sands Resort, where we had a 3 course meal. The meal was reasonable priced and was very tasty.

Great for families with small children. Lots of activities, indoor and outdoor, including an indoor swimming pool, although the pool can become busy so best to book if you want to go at a peak time. Great views of sea, and quick to get to a sandy beach. Will be going back in the future.
