Fantastic place and great value! I will definitely be coming back.  The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the caravan was so clean! Everything about this site is perfect. We did a crossbow class with Travis and he was great company and a really good instructor. The activity was easy to book and great value for money - if I had known an hour session was only £10 each I would've booked more!  Great access to shops and other points of interest - you have 2+ supermarkets within 15 minutes and there's a great owl sanctuary nearby too.  Honestly really great place, not a single issue :

A family get-together for Christmas from Cornwall, Leeds and London. Adults, children and one dog  in the dog-friendly “second” static . A massive welcome and then to our enormous lodge with hot tub. Really well equipped and absolutely spotless. The hot tub was fantastic ! A trip to the main building was enjoyed by all with ages from 4 to 73. The pool, steam room, gym, arcade, play area, bar and restaurant ticked multiple boxes. What an amazing long weekend and the Cornwall branch of the family are returning in January. Superb !

Caravan was definitely worth the price, very clean, tidy and smelt fresh. Very comfy and cosy and got good night sleeps all week. Excellent views too and peaceful environment! Good sized pool and heated nicely. Staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming and always seemed happy to help making the stay better. Been to this resort twice and has never failed to make our holidays the best.

We visited 1/8/22 and we loved the place. The outside area from the bar is a great place to unwind after a long day, overlooking the football/basketball/tennis pitch and a play area so you can watch the kids. Our ‘van was immaculately clean and well appointed with all the essentials, the added touch of cloths, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs etc was great though we’ve stayed with Darwin Escapes before so knew what to expect.  This is our second stay with DE and we were not disappointed. All staff were super friendly and helpful, we even arrived 4hrs early and they offered to ring us when the ‘van was ready whilst we explored Newquay…great customer service!!

Lovely  campsite dog friendly  caravan was a bit disappointing. I'm very fastidious and have high standards  even though I have 2 small hairy dogs. A good mop would have been useful a vacuum  that didn't  smell the caravan out  change clean filter cleaning team  . Bed was good extra blankets would have been good for the humans.  Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly  not much of an excersise  area. Bar has limited seating  for dog area.

Accommodation lovely,  can't fault that, and staff at reception lovely. Very peaceful lovely grounds.  However,  a bit disappointed that the restaurant was only open 3 days in the week with limited options,  the massage room isn't even there anymore but still on map and not much for entertainment  at night.  Location is close to towns so overall very good as a ba e .

A truly lovely resort with amazing staff and really good quality lodges. Lots of on site activities for all ages, lodges with hot tubs and reasonable sized accommodation. Will definitely be returning again!!

Wonderfully clean and spacious lodge for our family of 8.   Easy parking . Hot tub fantastic. Clean and well maintained . Beds comfortable and showers  beautifully clean and hot. No complaints whatsoever. Reception amazing. Huge thanks to AMY and Ralph for great support. Our car broke down literally at the barriers just before reception. On the last day we all had to vacate at 10 am. We went to reception where we asked if we could leave our luggage with them until our car was ready. Amy was kind and helpful. We were invited to leave luggage with them . We were also made welcome to use the facilities and enjoy a meal if required. This took our stress away. Would we return…… We will be booking for next year. Brilliant!!! The garage called SOLUTIONS very close by is run by Wayne. Fantastic guy. Big thanks to him. Great guy, kind and honest mechanic.

Crazy how the have a soft play and do not let customers use it unless you are actually staying in the holiday park. It's very hard keeping my 2 year old out from the rope barriers. He ended up running up and down past the bar screaming. Not fun for any one relaxing. He then fell over and started crying. It would be better for everyone if they just let the kids play in the soft play!!! Take it away if the manager doesn't want people to use it. Other parents were equally frustrated. Appalling attitude and gives the resort a bad name. Even some of the staff didn't see much sense in it. Message to the manager... If stopping toddlers from playing in a play area makes you feel good. Have a little talk to yourself and re-align your priorities. Fun stoppers shouldn't be employed at a holiday resort!

Nice spot with a good pool, restaurant and activities for family. Staff are very accommodating. Small soft play just off the bar area. Small astro football pitch, children’s play area and outdoor splash zone. A nice family holiday spot to complement a beach holiday.
