Only arrived yesterday with my teenage daughter, so far so good. Staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast delightful especially the sea views. Bedroom gorgeous along with the decor throughout.

Went to The a Terrace for lunch on my birthday. Views are incredible but seriously overrated hotel. Spa reception was dirty and the makeup stand was filthy. The ladies toilets smelt. Found a big black hair in my sandwich. Then got another sandwich and there was another hair but on the lemon this time. Manager removed it off the bill but when she came over made me feel awkward .. explaining it had been removed off the bill so what was the problem? Then offered us something on the house. When I asked for another glass of champagne... she explained she couldn't give alcohol away for free. Making me feel like I had just complained to get something for free..Didn't accept anything free. Purchased another glass regardless. Hair in food is just disgusting and in 4/5 star hotel completely unacceptable. After the complaint We where ignored. The waitress who served me was very sweet though and wished me a happy birthday. Another group of waiters cleaned bins & blew their noses out the back (near us) while were enjoying the view. The standards of this hotel from what I've seen are not 4/5 star. Maybe a rethink on some things?

This place is just gorgeous. Go. The spa was amazing, loved the steam room, sauna and aromatherapy showers particularly.

Mein Lieblingshotel in England, schöne Zimmern, leckerem Essen une toller Aussicht auf Küste und Meer. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind wunderbar.
