I have been a person who pays the whole months gym fees but goes only a day or two. However, the machines here are really good and i could feel the effect sooner than i was expecting.
Decent gym. The only flaws is at there is never any staff around and the gym doesn't have kettlebells which I find hard to understand. But overall its not a bad place.
I did LBT at 7pm and Yoga at 8pm both brilliant teachers. The studio area is like an icebox. Why on earth do they have aircon on in the winter. Turn it of please esp when doing yoga its ridiculous!
A great gym with a full range of equipment, excellent classes and friendly and engaging staff, a fantastic place to work out whatever your ability
It's -4c outside and the upstairs part of the gym has air con on blast! Thanks pure gym!
Not a huge fan of this gym. The only exercise I find easy to do is cardio, I find weight training very hard as all the free weights are very randomly distributed around the gym on both floors. The downstairs area is very overcrowded and there is too much equipment for how much space there is, there is only one of each machine in the main weights area every other gym I’ve been to has two of each - definitely would be able to fit more if the layout was better and barely any of the spin bikes work properly!
Good gym lovely staff. Parking for the gym I use Stretford mall or the car park across the way. The car park across the way is only £0.50 for 3 hours. One bit of PureGym I dislike is the narrow tunnels to enter and exit. Please make them wider for people who suffer with claustrophobia. It's never too busy in there either which is good.
Fantastic gym! I PT with Leah and she's amazing I'd highly recommend! and I've seen a huge difference in under 2 months. I also access the brilliant classes with Jimmy and Asad. I've always found the staff incredibly helpful, the classes inviting and the atmosphere welcoming. Thanks, and I look forward to continuing!
An OK gym. Some good equipment. Never many issues with waiting to get onto equipment. But generally, the vibe is off with it. There's no buzz in the air pushing you to work hard. Not sure what would be needed to fix that.
Just returned back, the gym was clean and has cleaning stations dotted around the gym. Wasn't very busy when I went, so I'm happy
