Their mum and baby class is brilliant, it's as tough as you want to make it so if your looking for a challenge, this is the class for you, if you're looking to ease back in to exercise surrounded by some nice people, this is for you too.
Fantastic gym lead by an awesome team of really knowledgeable trainers. They clearly care about their users and seeing them improve and get better. If you’re looking for an amazing and challenging! Crossfit gym then M Squared is the one for you.
I have been a member of M Squared for 3 years and I cannot recommend it enough. The facilities are great, the kit is excellent, the coaching is first rate and the community is fantastic. The gym is open again after lockdown and the safety measures that have been put in place are so impressive. Everyone can workout at a safe distance but it so nice to be working out in a class with people again.
Brilliant place to train, not just a gym, has a community and a family like atmosphere! Coaching is second to none and the classes are full of variety! For all different levels of ability. The gym itself is also something to admire with the style and design impressive in itself. The head coach and director is an inspirational and motivating person who will make you feel comfortable and help you achieve your goals whatever they may be!
M Squared Fitness is an absolutely amazing gym and CrossFit community. The improvements I have seen in all areas of my CrossFit training in the 6 months I have been training here have been huge! The coaches are friendly, extremely knowledgable and care about every member’s progress, no matter what their ability. I really love the diversity in classes - from regular CrossFit to specialist Weightlifting, Team Training, Bootcamp, Mum & Baby plus special courses and one off classes focusing on elements such as rowing, handstands and nutrition. The gym and the equipment is maintained to a very high standard. I would recommend it to anyone - whether you’re brand new to CrossFit or a seasoned pro.
Head coach Em-Sav, with her years of Crossfit and fitness experience having managed other gyms and been involved in many competitions and events, finally realised her dream of opening up her own place in April 2017 and it really is something to be proud of! With a great coaching team and some wonderful modern design touches, M Squared is an inspirational place to work out and be part of an awesome community. If you're looking for a new place to train in the area - check it out, you won't be disappointed!
I’ve been a member here since Oct 2018 and my life has changed so much since starting there. I use to train with Em Sav and Em Gage as QDOS back in the day then stopped for a while, so glad I found them again and since then I’ve never looked back. It’s not just a place to train get stronger fitter etc it’s like a family. We all support each other regardless of what we are doing and we all celebrate success however big or small. The vibe is always positive the music is always on point and the all the coaches are phenomenal in every way imaginable.
This place is brilliant! The coaches are really knowledgeable and push you to the best of your abilities. The facilities are great much nicer than any gym I’ve been to in London! and everyone is really friendly.
