I have recently purchased a new vehicle from Arnold Clark in Salford. The service I received was second to none. i would highly recommend Arnold Clark to any potential buyer and I would like to make a special mention to Andrew Souter for his professionalism and attention to detail in keeping me informed on a regular basis, until my car was made ready for collection. I would also like to say a big thank you to both managers, who introduced themselves to me and checked that I was satisfied with the service I had received and if I had any questions. This added that special touch, which was greatly appreciated.

Went to see a car that had a number of scratches on. Promises were made that all the scratches would be removed and the car was bought on that basis. Unfortunately, not all of the scratches were removed. Also the salesman indicated that they would buy my old car for more than what we had been offered from we buy any car. The offer price was then reduced twice in the space of 20 minutes. With the salesman knowing full well that we had to leave my old car there that day. To add further insult the keys for my new car which I had already paid for were locked inside the body shop and the management team were unwilling to get them out and said I would have to return the next day for them. Eventually a spare key for the body shop was found despite the manager telling us there was no spare key. Eventually after 2 Hours of waiting my car key was retrieved. For such a big company i would not buy another car from them or recommend them to anyone else. As the service provided after they have got your money was dreadful.

I can’t thank these guys enough, they’ve been amazing. Would like to say a huge thank you for Michael Jones for his hard work and his excellent customer service. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Excellent service. Very professional. I have to give a shout out to Andrew Souter for showing us around and sorting out the deal. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. We will definitely be purchasing from there again.

Shocking and disgusting customer service. Airbag warning lights/ fuel cut off and start stop unavailable for a week now. Telephoned Arnold Clark explained the issue first of all asked if it was safe to drive the women didn't have a clue and said probably not but we don't collect cars. So how do you expect me to bring my car ? Bearing in mind I'm an hour away from the dealership I purchased the car. Then spoke to a helpful man in the workshop telling me to ring recovery as it is unsafe to drive. So I rang recovery couldn't come to see me for another 3 days which fine. Rang today for someone to come and have a look at the car AA arrived the man that arrived was asking me what the warning lights mean , which is never a good start! Wasn't helpful one bit. Then asked me what did they do before airbags so basically drive the car with caution! However there isn't just me on the road and not everyone drives with caution and I expect like everyone else to have working airbags! Later on i spoke to Arnold clark again stating they had to authorize a recovery then told me AA are just being stubborn they can authorize a recovery . Which then he said he would get a manager to call me back later that day... 2 hours had past which I think is enough time to attempt to help me and surprise surprise all the managers leave at 5:30!! I WOULD NOT recommend buying a car with Arnold Clark.
