Picked up my brand new limited edition AYGO X from Stockport Toyota RRG. I’m absolutely thrilled bits with the car. I’ve dealt with Sam throughout the entire process. I was able to test drive the auto and manual version of the car and this really helped me make an informed decision of which one I wanted. Sam was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the vehicles we also test drove another model. No pressure, very relaxed and friendly service. Its been a very enjoyable experience. Avoid RRG as they are not professional or honest, they charged me for repairs to water valves which were not done correctly and photos were emailed to them to prove it wasn't repaired and they said to bring it back the following week, later the same week the car developed serious faults with water leaking into the electrics and became a write off overnight but they are not interested in helping at all, just said it would be 5k to fix, £500 to trade in and I have 48 hours to move it off their car park even though it was running fine before it went to them Would not recommend using them as they are not professional or honest but thankfully I have dated video footage showing the faults were not fixed correctly so can show the ombudsman service how dishonest they are Shame as used to be a company you could trust but this experience has shown a different side to them, they are just trying to discredit me as much as possible saying the repair was fine and it's not connected to the leak and said there is no evidence of a full service history so believe it was poorly maintained when they had the car after it failed and the keys and the service book was on the passenger seat fully stamped with the locking nuts and they could of also confirmed the water valve fault wasn't fixed either by just looking at it like I did but didnt check them, deny everything and say there was no evidence of either ? Anyway will let the ombudsman sort it and with any luck over time the reviews will end up costing them a lot more than they cost me as it's 100% honest and accurate
I've dealt with three different RRG branches for servicing different cars and every interaction is painful. It takes multiple phone calls to get anything done, they don't return phone calls or emails and then randomly change bookings. I'm sure that mechanically they are doing a good job but in terms of customer service they are hard work. I get stressed every time I call them so now I'm going elsewhere
Worst car buying customer service. RRG fitted an inferior and non approved product, even though they said they would fit a Skoda Approved tow bar. Purchased a used Skoda and salesman said that RRG would install a Skoda Approved Towbar. Car delivered in June and then the problems started. Error message after error message. My local Skoda dealership informed me the towbar was a non approved one and this had caused all of the error messages with the software. After three complaints RRG eventually reimbursed the cost of the towbar they should have originally supplied and agreed in writing they lied to me. I have had to get this booked in at my local dealer. I have had the car 28 weeks and out of these 28 weeks have had a towbar that does not work for 12. RRG have washed their hands and not prepared to offer any compensation. Now to explore alternative routes to complain. Avoid at all cost. Happy to take your money, fit a product that was inferior and never agreed and then to dump you. Worst car buying experience in over 30 years of driving.
I paid a holding deposit of £99 for a used vehicle. I didn’t buy the vehicle. I still have not received refund on the 17th September. Despite emails unanswered and phone call. V poor service. V disappointed. Will be taking further action

Just bought a Toyota car from the Denton branch. The whole process was absolutely hassle-free from start to finish. The salesman, Callum was very friendly and highly professional throughout. Fantastic dealership with great staff. Bought several cars from here and have them serviced too and never once been let down or felt pressured into anything. Buying a car is nice and easy, explained really well, and they are genuinely helpful and honest with their answers.
