Excellent service from the minute I entered the showroom. I've always driven Toyota and was very pleased with the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I dealt with Mark Bradbury who was not pushy at all and made the whole process very smooth answering all my questions along the way. I was very reassured with all the new safety features in the brand new Yaris.

First class service from start to finish. Kayleigh at Toyota Salford Quays is the best salesperson that I've ever dealt with. Professional, knowledgeable and most of all approachable and friendly. She couldn't do enough to make the whole process simple for us. I would highly recommended to family and friends. The whole experience from initial enquiry to delivery of our new car, by far exceeded our expectations. Thank you 😊

Took my 2007 avensis in this garage on the 11th April because it had a recall to test the passenger airbag and the car had been driving perfect no lights on and brakes worked perfect but after one hour with them the brake pedal was sponge and fluid light was on and they put a sign on the windscreen saying do not drive the brakes could fail and asking for £700 to fix the then leaking rear brake pipe. Toyota you need much better agents than this garage who I think are nothing but rip off merchants and advise anyone not to use this garage even for a free recall

I visited RRG Salford Quays as i had seen the used car i was looking for.
Upon my visit i was greeted and made very welcome. At no point during my visit did i feel there was any hard sell or pressurisation to buy the vehicle.

The sales person Billy Quinlan was very attentative to my needs and after a test drive the deal was done and i am very happy with my new purchase.

Thank you very much RRG Salford Quays for all you have done to make me a very happy customer and i will be recommending people to go to you.

Great salesmen no quibble, help is always there when you need it for after sales which is very important... don't like it ? Bring it back !
Free 3 days insurance... no Toyota freebies though but a nice bru or coffee... Very Happy
