The staff were very helpful. I had seen a pen online, and as the range of pens is so great they only carry a limited stock. So they ordered the pen on the day and it was posted to me before the week was out. Very efficient and friendly service. Beautiful range of pens. I am very happy with the one I ordered.
It is a joy to see the same lady in the shop, since it originally opened. This surely is the best shop in the world, for luxury writing equipment. I've been buying pens from this shop since around 1989. Keep up the good work guys, your formula is working.
Great store for... Yep Pens. First visit, I never new it was there and was a nice surprise. Bought a couple of sets for Christmas gifts and was spoiled fir choice. Great range in store, suits every budget. Sorry I never got the lady's nane who served me, but she was very helpful and nothing was any trouble.
A very wide selection of pen manufacturers that are well displayed - especially the Mont Blanc.The staff are very professional and knowledgeable rather than enthusiasts. Prices are higher than the web of course however the ability to handle and use pens before purchase is important. They don't seem to have pen collectors cases or cabinets and no sealing waxes available.
I must say that I have never witnessed such an absolute outstanding customer service.! I have bought Waterman Red fountain pen...and wanted to engrave it. The engraving machine accidently has trriped one of the letters...because of this I have been offered replacement pen and only red they had in store was porshe and parker! So I've got Parker sonnet !!!! Priced 125 pound! I was so excited as this was a gift...and I believe this was best deal of my life by far.!! On top of that week later I recieved a gift from the shop a beautiful Kingsley Ball Pen on their 70th anniversary... outstanding and professional customer service and customer aftercare ...highly recommend it at the Pen Shop Princess Square Glasgow...Thank you.
So I went with the lads to purchase a pen and I layed my eyes Upon the magnificent Parker Duofold Edition 130th Anniversary Fountain Pen it looked great so I tested it and it truly improved my writing experience so of course I purchased It and I paid In CASH very good experience at the Pen shop if. the pens are very reasonably priced would recommend.
Lovely staff, great service, a pen requires holding to check its suitability,, the staff allow you the freedom to do this without any constraints
Very generic pens; not for someone looking for unique fountain pens. Staff weren’t very interested in customers. Some ink bottles were over five years old.
quality place. Unfortunately farmers i know cant afford dis so u should sell some more AFFORDABLE pens
