My Partner and I had an exceptional visit to the store today. We were greeted well and then set up with James who was very helpful in finding the right watch for myself and my partner. James delivered a high standard of customer service and made the whole experience very easy. His knowledge on the background of the watches gave us a great insight to what we were going to buy. James also set us up to get my partners ring plated again which was a massive help. Thank you again to James and all the staff at Laings.

Went into the boutique and immediately was greeted by Daniel, he then sat me down and we discussed what I was interested in and tried on a few watches. From then I knew that Laings was the place to buy my new watch from as they are very efficient at what they do. I will never buy a Rolex again from Watches of Switzerland as they do not offer the same service. Daniel had put 2 interest of watches down on that day and kept in touch with me for updates on the watches. I then got a call a month later and was invited along to the boutique, it was the watch that I wanted and was ready for to try on. I was really excited and had followed up with the Purchase of the watch. Highly recommend Daniel and Laings!

Couldn’t recommend Laings highly enough. From start to finish the quality of service was second to none. James made me feel at ease and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure I got the right watch for me, I couldn’t be happier with my new Rolex and the buying experience at Laings. James is a true asset to the company & his expert knowledge and attention to detail really gave me the confidence to buy. It was also great to meet the manager of the store Graeme who took the time out of his busy schedule to introduce himself. The first time I’ve purchased from Laings and most definitely hope it isn’t the last!

I never normally leave reviews but with the excellent level of service shown to me in Laings I thought it would be rude not too! I was purchasing a new watch at the weekend that I had been waiting on and the staff couldn’t be more helpful and knowledgeable. Rachel was taking care of me, she great from the minute I walked in till I left, offering me champagne, beers or any soft drinks I’d like. She knew how to give you a luxury experience along with helping with ideas for my next purchase for my collection. The whole team were lovey, I will definitely be back.

I’m a new customer to Laings as of this year but have already returned a couple of times to discuss watches and jewellery options for me and my family. Every time I have engaged, they have been attentive, considerate, and informative in my needs. Conversations originally started with Jimmy who sat down with me for an hour or so to talk about my needs, family and to take me through various watches that were on my desired list. Most recently I spent some time with Dan in looking at a beautiful pre-owned watch that I ultimately ended up purchasing along with a beautiful necklace as an anniversary gift for my wife I hope she doesn’t read this – Still got a couple of months. Both Jimmy and Dan did a great job to ask questions, understand my thinking and ultimately give the information I was looking for. A good service is everything… This is why I will continue to use Laings as my go to jeweller for future needs.

Went into Laings in the Argyle Arcade today just for a look and met with Rachel Redpath who was excellent.  I was offered tea or coffee etc, very welcoming and a lovely bright and airy shop.  I had a look at some watches even though that’s not what I was in for and Rachel showed me some jewellery, absolutely no pressure to buy and answered all my questions of which there were many.  I purchased something for my wife , I would recommend Laings and I will definitely go back again.

I recently bought an engagement ring from Laings. I ended up visiting the shop a few times and spoke with several staff members throughout the process, all of whom where very friendly and professional. My sales advisor Daniel in particular was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - and sourced me a beautiful ring 2 weeks before Christmas, which was highly appreciated as other stores had suggested this wasn’t feasible given the time of year. The quality of the jewellery was beautiful, with service to match.

I had a wonderful experience this morning with Claire. I had a little issue with a product that I made Claire aware of and she more than made up for it. I felt like a very valued customer and was made to feel very special during my appointment. All the staff in Laings Glasgow were all welcoming and looked after myself and my 4 year old son wonderfully. The customer service at Laings was exceptional. Thank you Claire you were AMAZING. I can't recommend Laings highly enough. I've been a customer since the late 90's and I'm happy to say the service has been consistently excellent ever since.  I recently purchased a new watch and was given an excellent price for for two models I wanted to trade in. The buying experience was great and special thanks must go to Heather Swan for making the watch I bought available for me to purchase.  So much so I've also contacted the watch manufacturer and conveyed how pleased I was with the buying experience from Laings.  Thanks again.

I was in Laings, I was greeted by James which I was discussing growing my current watch collection and James was interested in discussing Rolex’s the current watch market and just as watch fanatics do. He was really nice helpful and knowledgeable offered me some free drinks which I did take up on. We discussed some watches and a plan to build a great collection and have a long lasting relationship with Laings. Recommend this AD and specially James in store as well.
