This was a superb venue to watch The Railway Children Return at, where you can walk in to purchases tickets at just £7.50 an adult from the box office! The office has a grand design like the building does throughout, including the chandeliers and staircases, accompanied by comfortable seats. Lights add an enticing feel to the movie screen, which is large and easy to see!
Absolutely love this going to this Cinema, it’s so nostalgic, like going back in time. A great place to go & watch a film & the prices are very reasonable too. Certainly well worth a visit….
First visit to this gorgeous little cinema tonight! I'd heard great things and wasn't disappointed!! Brilliant atmosphere and fabulous staff. Love the quirkiness and all the memorabilia that's on view, decent prices too makes all the difference when bringing the kids!, if you don't live nearby, take a trip..and treat yourself...I would highly recommend!!xxx
It was my first time here and it was brilliant! A proper throw back to how cinemas used to be! A must for any movie goer!
Old fashioned..a bit shabby, but a great atmosphere and reminder of bygone days...before the sanitized multi-plex cinema experience took over.
Love this cinema! Friendly staff, great value tickets and a good variety of films considering it only has one screen. I wish more people would use it or we will lose it!
It's nice to go back to cinemas as they used to be and this is a gem. Really pleasant staff and a great ambience. Sure, it's only got one screen but if it has the film you want then that's fine. If you'd prefer surround sound and a large screen then this probably isn't for you.
I love this little cinema so much! I've been going since I was a little girl and love the feeling of nostalgia whenever I walk in.
