Went to Cineworld to watch Spider-Man Brand New Day and had a really good experience. Raza at the counter was really nice and helpful. Got a small mixed slushie to have during the film too, and it was really nice. Overall, had a good time and would recommend this cinema.
1 star — and if there was an option to give less than one star, I absolutely would.nAbsolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. The staff were arrogant, rude and completely unhelpful. There was no sense of basic customer service or making customers feel welcome. The attitude was appalling and made the whole experience incredibly unpleasant.nFor the ridiculous prices they charge, you’d expect a decent level of service, but apparently that’s too much to ask at Cineworld.nDon’t waste your hard-earned money here. I’d rather spend my money at Odeon any day of the week. After this experience, Cineworld has completely lost my custom. Avoid and go somewhere that actually values its customers.
Went for a Saturday afternoon film. Bought snacks and drinks was served quickly due to a lovely lady opening another till when she noticed a queue. The gentleman who saw to our tickets was great at telling us where the screen was as we’d not been to this cinema before. An hour into the film, it go really cold in the room. I couldn’t concentrate and my legs started cramping, my nose was cold and I wasn’t the only one because my partner was also saying he felt the same. We decided to report feedback to the manager, who said the air con was controlled elsewhere and kept saying there was nothing he could do to help despite us telling him we didn’t feel like we’d ever return due to the awful conditions. He said to come back on Thursday to speak to the actual manager… silly idea really when I have work during the week and he could have resolved it there and then saving us time and making us feel appreciated instead of mugged off. Won’t come back again due to his attitude alone.
The worst ever! Wouldn't recommend it at all. If I could I would give 0 stars.nnOdeon is soo much better.nnWe purchased tickets online with snacks etc but got to the till and there was no nachos! That's all we wanted.nnAnd then half an hour into the movie the kids wanted more iceblast etc but guess what it was closed! Like seriously.nnOnly the drinks in the fridge were available and overpriced. Would have just bought my own if I knew that.nnBut yes havent been in years but went as family wanted to go but never again!
Cineworld — Holidayin nnWhat a fantastic cinema experience! Cineworld at Holidayin really exceeded my expectations. The seats were incredibly comfortable, the picture and sound quality were top notch, and the overall atmosphere was lovely. The staff were friendly, professional and made you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you walked in — special mention to Maryam who was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone! Will definitely be returning. nn— Riko
