I went to the arcade within the cineworld complex with my 12 year old, 3 year old and mum on a Monday so this review is fir the arcade only. It was very quiet we had the entire arcade to ourselves and played a variety of games, hungry hippo, air hockey, basketball scoring game, racing game I have to say I belly laughed playing air hockey with my elderly mum so it was a lovely memory. My kids won a few tokens after playing applicable games which they redeemed at the till for sweets. As it was a weekday my daughters school in Leeds had a teacher training day it may not be realistic to what it's like on a weekend but we had a great laugh and moved on to the nearby nandos which was fresh and delicious and no wait time. Parking I believe was a couple of quid per hour at the carpark across the road. All in all a nice day out.
The movie selection on here are nice. There was a large variety of movie that were on tonight. The interior are pretty neat and cozy. The food however are overpriced and isn't really recommend. The place is also amazing as they have nearby arcade where you can kill time by simply playing a variety of game before you watch your movie. There are many shops around this place. Moderately recommend
Very bad service from the food counter Nachos incidentnnI had a very disappointing experience at the concessions counter in Cineworld Bradford over two visits.nnOn my first visit, I ordered nachos, which are supposed to include jalapeños, cheese, and toppings. However, I was given barely a few tiny pieces of jalapeños. When I asked for a proper amount, I was told I had to pay extra, which I did, but it felt unreasonable for something that should already be part of the standard portion.nnThe following week, I visited again with a friend and ordered nachos. This time, there were no jalapeños at all, yet we were still charged the full price. When I questioned this, the staff simply said they had run out but made no effort to inform us beforehand, offer an alternative, or adjust the price. There was no proper apology either. The only option given was to cancel the order after payment, which is not practical during a short interval.nnThis is not just about jalapeños — it’s about poor communication, inconsistent service, and lack of basic customer care. If an item is missing, customers should be informed in advance or charged accordingly.nnVery disappointing experience.

I had a really frustrating experience here. I went to watch the Michael Jackson movie, and from the start things were already going wrong,the film wouldn’t even play properly. After a delay, it finally started, but the issues didn’t stop there.nAbout halfway through, right at one of the best moments, the lights suddenly came on, the sound completely cut out, and then the film just paused. It totally ruined the atmosphere and the experience for everyone in the screen.nA lot of us complained to the staff, and while they did offer to either restart the movie or give a refund, neither option felt like a good solution at that point. It was already getting late, so restarting the entire film wasn’t realistic, especially after sitting through half of it already.nOverall, it was a really disappointing visit. Technical issues can happen, but this felt poorly handled and completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable night out.
