Me and my partner needed to rent out our house nice and quickly with as little stress as possible as so much was happening at home. Tracey at Reeds Rains was great - completely putting us at ease and taking over everything so we didn’t have to worry about about a thing! Although we have only been renting out our house for a few months everything has gone really well - any minor issues that have come up Tracey has dealt with them herself needing little input from me and my partner - but this is what we had asked for and it’s been great service for us 👍

I have just completed on my house sale and chose Simon Wilson to represent the sale. The sale was agreed within hours of the decision to sell and literally within hours of the board going up at the front. 

I chose Simon even though I had been been valued already by a couple of other estate agents and had effectively told one he was it. Simon had come in with a particular energy and had also followed up in his visit with a Text and an email. The other agents I think were happy that the house would move, good house good area etc. Simon just sold himself, naturally and effortlessly and I thought that if he could sell himself that way it’s how I would like my house represented. 

The sale agreement with the buyers happened within hours but the completion took slightly longer. Simon was steadfast throughout and always available. Nothing was new to him and he had been through similar issues all before. 

I was glad I made what proved to be the right decision and have no reservations at all recommending him and his team.

Recently put our property up for rent and a Tenant found extremely quickly. Tracey kept us right throughout the process and we found dealing with her a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend her for your rental needs. Great service!

Friendly, helpful and professional staff at the Lisburn office. Rented a property for 1 year with the help of Tracey Cordner from the Lettings Dept and then subsequently purchased a property through Lara Spence from Sales. They both contributed to making my experiences of renting and purchasing as stress-free as possible and with minimal fuss. They were always on hand to help with any queries/issues I had. I can highly recommend the staff and services of this office!

We completed our house sale yesterday.  Simon Wilson of Reeds Rains Lisburn acted as our agent and his help and advice was invaluable throughout the process.  He worked extremely hard to get the sale we required.  If you are thinking of selling your house I would strongly recommend that you contact Simon.
