When we made the decision to sell our house, our first point of call was Bill McCann Estate Agency. Both Simon and Bill have always been more than happy to give us advice in relation to renovations or home improvements that would benefit our own property and add value, so it was always going to be the choice for us. The process of selling our property reinforced our trust in Bill McCann’s as a company as throughout our, albeit quick selling time; Simon was always on top of the feedback from the viewings and handled the offers with professionalism. The whole process was quick and simple. 
Any properties which may have been of interest to us were always brought to our attention by the staff in the office which we found to be extremely helpful as it meant nothing was overlooked.  Throughout the sale we were given regular updates in relation to timescales and were able to advise on what to expect from our Solicitor at each stage. 
When myself or my wife phoned into the office the staff knew our names by the address of the property and were able to give us a timely update when Simon was engaged elsewhere. We have always found Bill McCann's friendly and professional and would always recommend and use them again in the future, without hesitation.

Great experience selling our house in Milltown. Was encouraged by the quick selling of other properties in the area by McCanns and Simon (who was a pleasure to deal with) was confident we'd get a good price for the house. The pictures taken were impressive and within 2 weeks, an offer came for the asking price and the process from there on in was very smooth. Would highly recommend this estate agent.

I bought my house from Bill McCann 7 years ago and was glad I chose to sell with them 7 years on. They were in regular contact and kept me up to date on every viewer and offer. They gave me advice on any decisions to be made but allowed me to be in complete control. Their friendly and approachable manner made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable. I would highly recommend them.

We bought a house through Bill McCann 4 months ago and from start to finish they relieved any fears for us and kept the ball rolling. It was a long drawn out sale due to our purchases letting us down and at times we thought we would lose the sale of our dream home. Therefore, we would like to thank Simon and Michael for keeping things on track and as smooth as possible. Great service guys. Thank you!
