Had a fantastic meal here, hot and spicy and bursting with taste. Lovely restaurant, great staff, excellent meal. Would definitely go back.
This was my first time dining at this restaurant. When I visited with my family, we were not given a friendly welcome. Throughout our time, we received very bad service. The waiter was speaking very arrogantly as he was dealing with the issues we had with our order. The food quality and taste were bad. The butter chicken was extremely sweet. I would rate their service to 0 star if there was an option to do so. The way the waiters were dealing with our orders, it was very pathetic. Even while we were placing our order, the waiter looked so puzzled and was not able to understand, and he missed a few items. Later, when we asked for the missing items, a different waiter came to the table and showed passive aggression towards us. It was a very disappointing and bad experience for us as we visited this place because of its reviews. Avoid going here as it's not worth it for the quality and service provided. The plates and cutlery were stained with food. When we asked them to change it, the waiter was literally throwing the cutlery on the table, which looked very bad.The staff at the restaurant need training to provide better customer service. The management should look into this immediately and make sure customers have a positive experience while dining here.
Double date night last Thursday, ended up spending £110 for 4 people and couldn't have felt more rushed with the service. I was eyeballed whilst finishing off my meal, another colleague waited whilst my friend hurried his drink and we were constantly interrupted during our conversations 20 times in total. I wish this was an over exaggeration, but please try to steer clear of this place, there are plenty of better restaurants like this in Horsham's Town centre. Wish this restaurant all the best in improving, but not worth the price whatsoever.
Excellent food and very attentive service. Having driven past it so many times we decided to give it a go at the end of last year and was really impressed. Last night was our 3rd visit in 3 months and so can confirm not a one-off experience. Menu choice has enough variety and having tried three different dishes I can testify the flavour is spot on. The staff seem to know exactly when to deliver the food and follow up on the service. The restaurant itself is clean and is always busy which in turn creates a buzz. The only small point is the car park is a bit tight but that’s an imposed restriction due to location.Going back again in March !! Well done Chillis, keep it going

Venue: very nice. Food: Good. Staff: Nice but service was slow. Sat down 7.30pm main meal came at 9pm. Don't let this put you off. Give it a try.
