My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and we absolutely loved our stay! We stayed in the new wing and the room was so comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff here is also very nice and helpful. The restaurants here are delicious. We ate here multiple times and loved it especially the breakfast. They have a large selection and everything is delicious. We loved that the hotel is close to the Dublin center as well as the other attractions outside of Dublin. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good food. 

Stayed in a family room in the older part of the hotel above reception. Good sized room with a comfortable bed and furnishings but could probably do with a bit of a refurbishment.  Great breakfasts!

There is a nice pub type bar with wide screen TVs showing sport and a wine bar and restaurant. Very busy while I was there, which was actually nice, place had a nice buzz.

Helpful and friendly staff. Reasonably priced room. Enjoyed stay and breakfast and free car parking. Good value and would recommend to friends and family. Ideally situated for onward journeys to the south and west of Ireland. And the tram is just a few minutes walk to bring you into the city centre.

Great place to stay at. I recommend this location for everyone, "just to experience"  the great customer service. The workers are very friendly and helpful. Shopping is not close by, but trains and buses are close by. "I'll be back." The room is spacious, very  clean, sometimes  it can be a little loud, nothing to worry about.

I struggled with this review. The room itself (I was in the new tower) was very nice and clean. The room itself I'd rate a 5. It was large and had enough room to sit and do some work. The location is near the M50 and it was a bit difficult to get into (one way entrance/exit).

My biggest issue for me is the lack of air conditioning in the new tower. It was 16 and sunny in Dublin during my stay but my room on the 5th floor was unreasonably warm. You have to leave the window open to cool down the room, which then adds to the noise level because you're in an industrial area with large trucks (and the aforementioned M50). 

So short story - I'd stay here again during the winter when heat is provided but would probably not in the summer.
