Wonderful disabled room, though very far from the elevator. Large and easy to get around in a wheelchair, big roll-in shower. Towels kept too high to reach on one's own. Tortuously slow elevator. The man I spoke with on the phone when making my reservation was very knowledgeable and gave great directions, including an accurate time estimate that was better than Google Maps. I heard him take another call while I was checking in, and again, the man knows his stuff. I met a very kind, friendly, helpful housekeeper named Tateyana on my way to breakfast. Her friendliness made a nice start to my day. There was a variety of breakfast options and they were as good as any other hotel in their category.
Fabulous hotel, food was excellent in both bar & restaurant. Staff are pleasant & friendly. Rooms spotless, warm & clean. Lovely strong shower. Highly recommend & will certainly be back.Rooms: 5/5
We had a meeting room booked for a whole day. I have no words to describe how well everything went. Excellent service, friendly staff and maximum attention was given to every detail. Therefore, we booked meetings every month for a period of 12 months. Service: 5/5
Had Dinner in New refurbished lounge very uninviting and cold preferred old look more Homely. Food excellent. Breakfast cold self service was annoying as you had to do literally everything yourself. Plenty of staff there so could have served . Room decor amazing and room spotless . Staff very friendly .Rooms: 5/5

I had a work conference in this hotel today. I was so impressed with this hotel, the lobby was very modern and the bathrooms were spotless!!! The staff were friendly and polite when they served dinner.
Rooms were very nice, refurbished. Staff more then friendly, we're really welcoming and friendly. Had issues with Wi-Fi signal and ended up using my hot spot on mobile, also all doors were banging on closing, appear that door closers were not adjusted yet as the refurb was still ongoing.Rooms: 4/5
The Plaza Hotel is located in Tallaght Village next to the N81 with many Shops, Restaurants, The Sqaure Shopping center and the Hospital in walking distance. Cars can be parked in the spacious underground Carpark free of charge. Check-in was quick and easy, even Cash Payment is an option here. Lobby, Corridors and Bar look appealing. The Room was modern, spacious and clean with all the amenities a business traveller needs. Large TV, sufficient storage space, large desk, good lighting and many Sockets. The Air-Conditioner worked very well and kept the room at temperature. It can get noisy if your room is facing towards the busy road but with windows closed, you can hear barly anything. Only the bathroom looked a bit outdated but was clean and practical. Breakfast Buffet offered a good selection of cooked items, cold meats and cheese, cereals, fruit, Juices and Hot Drinks from 7am. It was all fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly but could be a little more attentive, as I ordered poached eggs but never received them. Overall a great stay with good value for money.
I stayed here for a week. I have to say everything here meets the 4 stars hotel standard. The breakfast buffet with the Irish traditional one was really tasty, as a tourist visiting Dublin for the 1st time, their breakfast was actually one of the highlights of my trip! The double room I stayed is spacious and very clean. The bed is very comfortable and same as the pillow. I had very good sleep every night for the whole week! The cleaner ladies are very efficient, they cleaned my room within 40 mins after seeing the sign on my door one morning, that was beyond my expectations! The location is just 40 mins away by trams/ buses from the city centre, which is not too far at all. The trams and buses stops are just within 10 mins walking distance. I like the interior design of the room and the hotel receptionists had all made my stay super pleasant. They answered my questions and helped me the best way they could. The only downside is there's no laundry room in the hotel for the guests to use no washing machines and dryers, you have to go to the nearest shopping center to do laundry.... Overall, definitely a lovely stay!
Stayed twice before. Really enjoyed both times. Staff are really polite and helpful, would definitely stay againRooms: 5/5
