Great hotel with a good attached bar/restaurant and a nice breakfast (separate room). The rooms are nice, well-kept and spacious. Good location, situated not far from a tram stop to take you into the city centre. The included pool (must wear swim caps, so bring yours if you don't want to pay for one), sauna and gym are also great!

The hotel doesn't appear to be a 4 star hotel and it definitely doesn't look exactly like the pictures. My bathroom door was broken and did not lock. The shower had a half glass permanent piece of glass to prevent water splashing out but the annoying part was the rod that went across the middle. I hit my head twice because it's so low. The water pressure on the shower head was depressing. The leisure club portion of the hotel which contains the pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room if not in the same building. You have to walk out of the hotel, walk across the parking lot into an adjacent building. You check in there and they give you a towel. Also, if you plane to swim, make sure you have a shower cap (male, female, and children). Everyone must wear a cap to swim. I didn't have one so I just stuck to the hot tub. Take your own lock for the locker as well.

Good gym although needs some improvements. Good sized swimming pool and gym apparel but changing rooms could use some refurbishing. The gym instructors are really really good and very passionate about your exercise and well-being. Morning classes are always full of energy and great fun.

Hotel was close to the tram line 5 mins walk and took 30 mins to city centre. The room was clean. The floor was sloped up towards the window. The room was very hot even with the heater turned off. The bed was comfortable. However, the walls are very thin we could hear the couple next door making out as the headboard hit against the wall. We were kept awake from the live music in the bar all 3 nights. We were also woken by people shouting in the corridor on the Friday and Saturday nights. Rooms need more sound insulation. We opted not yo gave breakfast given the high price, could get it for cheaper in city centre.

What a great hotel this place is! We stayed here for one night before we sailed back to Liverpool. The room was superb had all we needed. The adjoining bar served lovely food we had bangers and mash which was to die for. Then later that Friday evening a live band came on which were really good playing lots of Irish music. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to Dublin well recommended.
