The staff at reception on the night of my arrival were exceptional. The two girls were so welcoming, friendly and kind. They certainly brightened up my day. The restaurant was closed so they quickly got me snacks and tea without being asked.nThe bed was very comfortable and breakfast was lovely.
Hotel was fine but did have a few hiccups that leave some room for improvement.nParked in carpark on arrival and took a while to get access and only someone was coming to the carpark wouldn't have gained access that way with out the keycard.nCheck in was Fantastic and very friendly and very efficient.nRoom was clean. Could do with a few repairs as the bench/desk was damaged and not very stable even the TV was at quite an angle so is very apparent that it needed repair. The desk light didn't work so whilst working I was in a shadow.nDinner was very well presented, unfortunately by the time it got to me it was not far off cold and missing a side order. I had requested a drink while ordering my meal which arrived half way through the meal at which point I requested the missing chips and gravy, the gravy was actually to try and heat up the dinner, by the time they arrived the dinner was gone. The servers were lovely and I'm unsure what the issue was as they all seemed to be rushing around but the restaurant was not that busy.nOverall,nHotel well presented and does what you need on a stay over business trip
The rooms are lovely. We were in Dublin for The Irish Open Championships. The food at the hotel seriously lets it down. The menu is very limited and the food itself is not the best. We had a carvery supplied as we were such a large group and it was appalling, I've eaten nicer hospital food.
I had my graduation here. Security was ridiculous strict. Lights were kept on. Drinks too expensive. Everyone felt on edge nobody had fun. Accusing my 18 year old friend of having a fake id. Will not be coming back worst night ever
Rooms are beautiful, staff are so friendly and happy to help! Pamela was amazing with helping us decorate the rooms and even made a cute little balloon arch!
