Great selection of quality homemade food. Top cafe and friendly staff. Recommended.
Called at the cafe when visiting Arnside... A great selection of food, cakes and drinks. Small seating area but you can reserve a table. Take away option available. Frequented by ramblers and cyclists. Staff friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.. Would definitely recommend...
Visited this place on a day out to sensory, lovely view and very nicely decorated, the food was amazing and the service was good, slightly slow but they were very busy. The location is right on the promenade and they reserved a table for us to return to 10 mins later. The only downside is that it is a little bit small, but would definitely recommend a visit.
Previously had excellent food and service. Finally got a seat came to order. Out of pies, asked for lasagne which was on the special Board and was informed not ready. Ordered mushroom and onion soup, awful. Was tasteless, was served bread and had to ask for butter, brought butter and had to ask for a knife. Won't be going back.
Friendly helpful staff, and more choice now for gluten, lactose free and vegans. Food good. Definitely go again. Only thing was decaf tea a bit weak.
Has a take away counter which causes long queues . Staff send you to the back of the queue to pay if sitting in to eat. Could be organised much better. Charged extra for milk in coffee which was not advertised on the price list.
It's changed its name and not exactly as good as it used to be ..my hot food was served on a cold plate for instance . ..and I didn't like the chef sitting in terms window seat eating cake !!!
Great Full English, coffee as good as I've had anywhere and terrific location with super views of the Fells. One of my favourite places!
Brilliant food, went for the veg mezze which was huge and only £6.50 Takes absolutely ages for food to be prepared we waited 35 minutes for 2 sandwiches, a salad, and mezze but absolutely worth the wait.
It has changed hands, different people now run it , it was quirky with a Greek flavour now it's gone back to how it was. The service is good and food is ok , it clean and staff are friendly
