Stayed twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times the rooms were spotless and had the usual tea, coffee. Went to reception for more milk and perfect service. Both Breakfast and Evening meals were delicious. Jenny on breakfast was lovely. The slightly more mature lady servings the Evening meal on our 2nd visit was stressed and struggling to cope. To be fair it was fairly busy and she didn't manage to spread the orders to the kitchen. The lady who served us on our first evening meal had that skill 100% and I bet the kitchen loves her! I'm being picky as I have worked in this area. Will definitely be back
I stay here a fair bit for work - it's really convenient from M6 northbound and easy enough from M6 south, you just have to get buzzed through the back gate. It is always spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly, the beds are comfy, parking is easy, it's quiet despite its location in the services and it's usually great value - especially if you book direct. It's not the place for a romantic getaway, that's for sure - but for a reliable and affordable overnight stop to break a long drive, it's ideal.
Room very clean. Nice breakfast with fried eggs cooked to order. Friendly waitress called Helen. Good value for an overnight stay when travelling. Pet friendly which is a huge bonus.Rooms: 5/5
Just checked out of the Ramada Chorley South. Rooms fresh and clean, with everything you could require for an overnight stay. In my opinion the thing that makes this hotel are the staff. Christine makes you feel like your visiting old friends, shes a great find and I hope the hotel realises what a star she is. Young Dominic is such a helpful polite young man, you can tell Christine is his nan, the apple didn't fall far from the tree. We'll done Ramada Chorley South.
We stayed for 3 days whilst visiting various places around Liverpool. Being on the M6 it was ideal to visit Chester, Liverpool, Manchester and Blackpool. Whilst we were in our room it was very quiet, no road noise. The staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was welcoming. Rooms: Quiet, clean, comfortable and well maintained. Food & drinks: Great selection. Well priced, tasty and good size portions.
We have found our stop to scotland, off m6 no going out of your way, rooms spotless, showers great, food good! Whats not to like! And its reasonably priced! We will be regular customers Rooms: Clean, big, comfy bed Food & drinks: Same quality as any pub grub, fine by me, brekkie is really good too
Don't go there - you'll get a parking fine as a guest. I was charged a parking fine back in Octorber. I have not heard back after sending multiple emails to confirm that the charge has been refunded.Rooms: 3/5
We had difficulty finding the hotel using sat nav but arrived eventually. Everything was really good. Spacious rooms, immaculately clean. The meal we had in the restaurant was delicious. Highly recommended.Rooms: 5/5
Luxury rooms at very convenient price. Located less than an hour away from Manchester. Staff are very friendly and warm. Highly recommended.Rooms: 5/5
