Really nice place with comfortable atmosphere. Bedroom was clean and everything sort out perfectly. There is a billiards in the ground floor.

Nice pub with  a menu of classic home cooked food and a selection of beer, cider and spirits to be enjoyed in comfortable surroundings. There's a bowling club  and plenty of local interest with welcoming and pleasant staff.

Went here due to all the great reviews. We had fish and chips and they were dreadful. Soggy fish, rock hard batter, stale tasting chips (had better frozen ones) Wish people would be honest about things, we did complain and got our money back but was really looking forward to it and felt like our night was spoiled. Won't be going back.

Looks a really nice pub, food was nice, ordered 2x Hunters chicken for myself and partner. Overall was a lovely experience.
