Stayed 2 nights in may 24 .Lovely homely hotel ,very friendly owners. Lovely clean rooms and facilities .we will be back .the breakfast was amazing so much choiceRooms: 5/5
Stayed last night. Lovely welcoming place. The staff are amazing and the breakfast was hot and plenty of it. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfy. Highly recommended and would definitely go back. Rooms: Aired out and quiet spacious. The bed was clean and very comfortable. Tea, coffee and water in your room. Safety: Two doors into the building both locked at a decent time. You get keys for both doors as well as your room. My friend forgot to lock our room door at night and had no issues at all. Food & drinks: Loads to choose from for breakfast in both drink and food. Plenty for kids to choose from. The bar had a very good selection of drinks.
Lovely breakfast, very small bath room, not designed for larger than average individuals, lovely seaview, nice walk in wardrobe, very clean and that is something we cannot compromise on. We are currently sitting in our room there is a bar/sitting room downstairs we can use in gale force storm Debi without any major drafts. Room size sufficient for our needs and not massive. Room very warm. Pleasant decor although like everywhere where there is high use there is some slight wear and tear. In a nutshell we love it despite the dramatic storm which we are watching from our twin room sea view room. Subject to health, wealth and spare time we will be back to stay for longer only here two nights.
Lovely hotel in a good location. Room was lovely and clean, did have one problem but that was sorted out straight away. The owner took on board my allergy and had my food kept to one side which I really appreciated. Looking forward to visiting again next year unless we can get another break away before then. Happy to recommend to friends and family. Rooms: Good size room lovely and clean, comfortable bed.
Loved it. Lovely and clean rooms, very tasty breakfast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay.Rooms: 5/5
Room was clean, location was good for us, breakfast was fabulous. The staff were lovely. We will definitely be staying there again. Thanks for a great stay Queens Plaza.Rooms: 5/5
We stayed from 7th November till the 9th, It was for my husbands birthday it should have been a superior room with a walk in shower. We got in the room but had no walk in shower. Stained wallpaper coming off in places. Clearly not cleaned and vacuumed for a long time, hairs in cups and on furniture. Not happy at all for the money that you pay. We stay in Blackpool quite a lot but sorry we won't be staying at the Queens Plaza again. Very disappointed with what clearly was a good hotel many years ago. Just goes to show you can't always believe the reviews you read. Be careful people!. Rooms: Very dated, in need of some tlc and a very good clean. Nearby activities: About ten minutes drive into Blackpools centre and all you need for a great time.
We always enjoy our stays at the Queens Plaza. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much much trouble. The breakfast is so good and well worth the money. We always end our night in the bar. Alan who runs the bar is a friendly and funny bloke. We have already booked our next visit.
Me and my mrs stayed here in October absolutely brilliant breakfast fantastic customer service is great looking foward to be back againRooms: 5/5
We found this very last minute after arriving in blackpool to what could only be described as an outside bin called the riveria Hotel. Calling the queen's plaza we were greeted by a wonderful helpful lady, and came right round as 2 rooms were left. The lady gave us the keys to go choose which room we had which was a sea view. It's slightly out the way but a 5 minute tram outside your door was helpful. We never expect much from blackpool it is what it is but this place we'll definitely be back, clean nice decor Rooms white, fresh, very clean and tidy. Bar area Is fitted to accommodate children, and the breakfast was suberb Thank you for a wonderful stay Rooms: Very modern fresh clean tidy Nearby activities: Tram ride away from centre Safety: Everything works Walkability: I'd jump on a tram Food & drinks: Beautiful food. Bar is fully equipped quite large lots of choice
