We are local residents and visited the pool recently so this is a review on that and not the hotel itself. The pool is very well maintained and staffed by pleasent and welcoming ladies, there is a bar area too for those wanting not to swim. The pool temperature is great and perfect for our 10 week old son who spent a full hour with us in the pool, lighting is great and so is the music playing throughout. We are going to make regular visits and for £4.50 its well worth it!

Excellent weekend spent at the cliffs. Staff are great and nothing is too much trouble. Food is fantastic. Tram/Bus stop right outside the door. Will definitely return.

Excellent staff. Food is amazing rooms nice and clean. Pool clean and warm if a little on the small side. Downside: noise from entertainment at night is ridiculous. We were on second floor and could hear it very very loud kept us awake till midnight felt sorry for those on 1st floor. Noise from other rooms was horrendous too. Extractor fans from rooms adjoining and above can be clearly heard as if in own room also inconsiderate people slamming doors which hotel can't stop was bad too. Prices of drinks were astronomical even by hotel standards. Everything else brilliant. Would book again and reccomend it to anyone except those wanting an early night.

Lovely hotel. Great food. Very good amenities. Only problem was our room was above disco. And we had 2, 11, year old staying with us and the noise was pretty bad. But enjoyed our stay.

This hotel deserve at least 5 stars the staff service, food had no fault. After going hotels in Blackpool for years won't go any where else now a weekend to remember and definitely rates a return
