Story

Seasonal AA 2* small hotel run by the Proprietors Rhona and Simon.
We are two Edwardian Town Houses, combined to form a homely atmosphere. We have an AA 4* rating for our food quality, however our prices reflect our transition from a much neglected B&B 14 years ago to a much loved small hotel, verging on eclectic and boutique with still several years of planned improvements! Cleanliness, friendliness, and quality is our middle name, giving us great reviews and an astounding amount of repeat custom

The rooms are nice and clean. Great breakfast. Host (Simon) was helpful. Wi-fi in the rooms. We had a walk on the front and watched the sun go down.

Fantastic break Hotel room was spacious and very well kept. Bathroom was clean and not a mark on anything. The room was well equipped with toiletries, tea and coffee, biscuits and magazines. In our family room there was a PlayStation which is great for keeping kids entertained. Hotel is close to the Cliffs Hotel tram station and not too far to walk. (We found with other hotels whilst close to the tram line it was quite a walk to an actual station) Simon and Rhona are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing and the best quality produce we have experienced in a hotel. They accommodated our little girl like family and specially prepared an alternate breakfast to suit her. We can not recommend the hotel enough. We will deffinatley be returning on our next Blackpool getaway

Don't know why it's advertised as an hotel its a guest house .Ok for one night stay
