Staff were first class. No air conditioning. But they supplied a large fan. The breakfast was spaced out well and young lady that served us was spot on. This is best premier inn so far this year. Best breakfast so far. It's about 15 minutes walk to sea front.Rooms: 4/5
We booked 3 rooms. Our room was 214 and clean and tidy if in need of updating. But my brother's room 216 had water coming through the bathroom extractor when it rained during the night, and also a man hammering on there door about 3am . Breakfast was fine but could have been warmer.Rooms: 3/5
No Aircon, which is a big deal over the summer. The rooms are very hot even when its only warm outside. But the biggest issue was the room was not properly cleaned. There were crisps in the bed, litter all over the floor and in the corners. I would avoid here to the point of moving your stay to a different date to get a different hotel.Rooms: 1/5
The lady on the desk, we think it was Sharon was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist us. Room was great but a bit cold as there was no temperature control. Breakfast was great and service was very good.Rooms: 4/5
Great staff on reception in the hotel very friendly guy The service in the restaurant at night was great a lovely girl Sophie was our host for 2 of the nights Great attention to detail on everything… great asset to your team At breakfast we were seated and assisted by the ever helpful Sandra Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely lady another excellent team member and she always makes me feel so welcome as I have stayed here a few times on business Sophie and Sandra deserve 5 stars from me and my work colleagues agree
Room was very comfortable. We had an evening meal which was perfectly adequate and enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choices. A good full English breakfast.Rooms: 4/5
The room we were in 127 was way to hot to sleep in even though the outside temperature was below 20 degrees, fan on and window open did not cool the room down, they moved us to another room which was cooler but still to hot. First night I sat in the car early in the morning to cool off it was that bad, dreaded going back to the room so sat outside as long as we could. Restaurant was under manned, breakfast was a shambles and the evening meal was a wait of 1 hour for food. No good night sleep guarantee as no air con fitted, what's all that about, IF YOU WANT A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. We stayed 22nd to 24th August
Very lovely hotel, clean, tidy, staff were very friendly and helpful, we had to move hotels from one nearby and they happily accomdated us for 2 nights out of the 3 we needed, however they kept an eye on room cancellations and booked us the xtra night as soon as rooms became available, allowing us to enjoy our holiday and peace of mind, very different from the hotel we came from! Food was lovely as they have a beefeater connected to the hotel, 5 mins drive to the sea front where the lights start. Would really recommend and would happily stay again.
Hotel room smelled of cigarette smoke ,if I had been here with my partner I would have asked to be moved !! Reception staff friendly and very welcoming Staff next door in beefeater fantastic food was lovely, breakfast staff again fantastic 10/10 to you guys n gals !!
First time in premier inn service was excellent room nice and clean heating was excellent, nice welcome on reception .the greeting for breakfast was first class and the breakfast was great will definitely stop again well done to all .Rooms: 5/5
