Wonderful B & B run by Maddie & John. I visited October 2017 for illuminations with my daughter & 2 grandsons aged 7 & 2. We were all made very welcome, home from home, great breakfast. Our first day there John very kindly prepared an evening meal for us & it was delicious! My grandson Isaac made a comment he loved the food to infinity & back! Great couple of days at the Rowan!

Lovely welcoming owners who can't do enough for you. Great breakfast(and plenty of it) Nice pint of San Miguel in bar Will definitely return if we get the chance of weekend away from kids again 😉

Me and my husband stayed here overnight on the 5th Jan 2018 and from the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcomed by Maddie and John, they showed us around the public areas first then upto our unexpected complimentary upgraded room which was great, the bed was huge, and everything was clean,what more could you ask for. I have been lucky enough to have had the opportunity to stay in most standard of hotels but do find that you get that special touch when you stay in a smaller establishment,(your not just a room number). Maddie and John made sure we were aware if they could do anymore to make our stay comfortable and relaxed all we had to do was ask and they’d deliver. Now the breakfast for us is the real tester but couldn’t fault it at all it was lovely. Thank you for looking after us and hope to get there later in the year with the rest of our family this time.

Our room was clean and well appointed. The service is top class, very friendly and extremely helpful, which made our stay great.
