Always clean and tidy and kept very well by the groundspeople. Good size play area for kids of all ages and well maintained. Can get very busy in summer months but apart from that a very nice place to kill a few hours when the sun is out. Only downfall is the cafe is closed when it rains.

Walk our dog here daily, kids play here often, cafe is reasonable, you can spend a few hours here if you make the most of it. Beautiful park

Beautiful park. Improving all the time. Facilities are good for the kid's. Bouncy castle indoors on a Saturday for the kids. £1.50 for 15 mins. Cheap day out. Feed the ducks... have a coffee from cafe while strolling around the lake. Makes you feel nostalgic. Free parking. What more can you ask for?

Great place to take the kids. Paths and grounds are always looked after by the staff and grounds people. Cafe and toilets are always well maintained by the friendly and helpful staff. Boating lake is good fun along with the kids play area, if your kids are young enough.

Great park for walking, running, walking the dogs and taking kids out to play. There's a nice little cafe with snacks and a toilet.
