I have been to kingfisher court most of the staff don't know what to do in a situation I was in swift ward staff there were full of bad attitudes when they restrain patients they hurt them iheard screams from the corridors women was in distress they restrained her gave her depot injection I have seen patients in distress some nurses and docs love in flickting pain on patients kingfisher court should be closed down public don't see what goes on behind close doors stay safe be well.

The reason why I'm giving a one star is very minimalistic and very basic and the staff are very very nosy  I wasn't on the ward to be fair I was in the 136  part of it  and the food was not five-star at all but there were some friendly people

Hertfordshire Mental Health Trust Units on this site - expanding fast.  Not very convenient for patients and visiting relatives.
