Pleasantly surprised by customer service. Radio found to be faulty after purchase of Peugeot 3008, contacted Lucas who refunded cost of replacement. The car was otherwise great and would be happy to come for another car in the future. Part exchange price for my old car was very reasonable considering age and condition.
Nothing but problems. Car faulty from the moment it was collected with promises of being fixed. New clutch done but turbo bodged to let me drive it. Reputable garage told me manifold was 'glued' to engine to try to hide faults. Paid me £500 towards repairs of over £1000. Wouldn't recommend this company at all. And my car is still in a garage. This is the only way I seem to be able to respond. I had already paid for the diagnostic myself and an extra £800. A refund for the car would still leave me out of pocket. So far the cost of repairs is nearly £2000, as previously stated, you didn't fix the faults the first time, why would I trust a second time? Nothing but problems. Legal advice has now been taken after no resolution from you.
My daughter purchased her estate from these guys and the sevice and quality of the car amazing. So i decided to upgrade from a hatchback to an estate. I Did a part ex with my faithful small car for an estate, the car was awesome but developed a fault shortly after purchase, i contacted quality cars and Mike was amazing he sorted a refund on the part i had to pay RAC and took car to investigate, i got a courtesy car whilst it was looked at. Sadly the car kept having an issue, and Mike tried to sort, he gave me a refund of total i had paid out originally. As the customer service was amazing and the fact the car had major issues i still purchased another car from them, i paid a little more for this car, but i have not been dissapointed so far. And if i did have any issues the 3 month warranty you get they WILL sort the issue. I will recomend them. I just had a dud car. but Mike made sure i was happy, and no pushy sales. They are 100% better than a branded dealer. Thank you Quality Cars you made an anxious customer a happy customer. I will recomend you.
We purchased a car from quality cars !! First problem was it was losing water they agreed to look at it and so call fix the problem their Anser was sorry we didn’t pdi it properly !!! so we got the car back and after leaving it a a while it was still losing water and seem to be loading more oil then just burning a bit as minis do so took it to a good garage to look at stem seals were completely shot and piston rings were worn like 100.000 mil car as thee garage described it so Spock to quality cars we were happy if he went half’s with us on repair but he basically told us to go away and pretend he didn’t understand English that well lol as by law they have to prove it wasn’t like it when they sold the car and as the car only had 52.000 miles on clock and now only has 55.000 on clock iwe will be sending it for an inspection by the authorities and trading standers I would not recommend you purchase a car for quality cars Weston super mare + on purchase they agreed to fit front pads but discs were worn to and they ground them with a grinder not sure whether that’s legal or not !! Cost of repair between £2000 - £2500 !! This is a response to quality cars response It was end of January !! and we have s put the complaint in before the six month period and you have to prove the damage wasn’t their before we purchase it !! The the fit-meant of breaks were part of the deal prior to our purchase of the car !! It wasn’t a radiator you replaced it was a seal on back of engine on pump that cost a few pounds and it’s still losing water that’s why we went to another garage witch I trust 100% all we wanted was a contribution as stem sills witch were completely shot witch were like it before we bought the car as we hadn’t done much miles since we bought it cost was was about £500 that average prise as I checked they felt sorry for us so only charged trade price of £300 and did investigation on to engine free of charge and realised the piston ring was gone !!!just a Offer of some money towards repair would of be appreciated But you spoke to my partner as if you didn’t give a dam !!!
On first impressions this car retailer seems to be like many others and its owners customer orientated. However, they have an unusual practice of asking for a £100 refundable deposit on every sale which safe guards them against delays in obtaining a V5c form from DVLA.. In reality, it is my experience that they refuse to refund this for reasons that suit their own purposes. I've read reports since on sites that also warn of their warrantees, which are useless . Overall, my experience of these people does not come up to accepted standards you may come to expect from more main stream dealers.. I would advise being very astute before proceeding with any purchase.

This is a cheater and would advise anyone to stay well away!!!!! he sell broken car, Do not be fooled by the warranty which is not, the seller feels free before the law!!!!!!!!!!!
