Amazing service provided! A really fair, honest price. If you’re going to sell to WeBuyAnyCar read their website before booking an appointment. Have a look around your car yourself and be aware that if your car has damage that the price will always be reflected. Great work keep it up!
The process was quick and easy. Everything was fully explained. The information is as available on line and I recommend you ready it before you go , as the price offered is unlikely to match the price quoted, but if you read the information first and make sure the details of your vehicle are correct the difference will be less. As a way of removing the hassles of advertising and getting unreliable tyre kickers who may not even turn up, I would definitely do this again.
I just wanted to say that if I could have given 0 stars, I would have. My partner and I were seeking to sell her vehicle, so we acquired an estimate online and then drove down to sell it. When we arrived, we saw a delightful man not who indicated that he had 20 minutes left on his lunch and that he will not be looking at the car until he is done. Instead of taking a professional approach and telling us he was on lunch and asking if we could sit for 20 minutes which would have been fine, he popped his head out the window and stated, "I have 20 minutes on lunch and I will not be going out to look at it." It's bad enough that you don't have enough employees and there's only one person there. The  company is embarrassing.
Horrid experience. I had an appointment today based on the quote provided. When arrived, the person didnt even introduce himself so dont know his name. Then given me a quote that is amost 40% less than agreed. His reason is because the price quote was for 3 days only and Im on the 7th day. There is no where in email or in the quote that the price will change on the 7th day, if its written clearly I wouldnt have schedule on the 7th day! And if knew the offer was that must less than quoted, I would have gone else where such as Auto Trader, Cazoo etc. Would not recommend unless they change their service and be transparent. What a waste of time going to this branch. The person did not even bother explain properly. Not even invited into office to look at my paper work. Done everything outside in the strong wind that almost blew all my documents away. Im really dissapointed.
Quick service, fair price and the representative was very knowledgeable in how the payments are worked out and how the refund is repaid to you. He was also very understanding when I was quite emotional partying with my car that had served me well.
Sold to Webuyanycar.com previously and it wasn't the best experience, however, decided to use them again as I would rather take a knock on price and it be dealt with swiftly and simply. The second time today I sold my mercedes estate due to high mileage and I only drive around my town. Liam was helpful, friendly and made it all stress free. He is an asset to the WSM branch and made the transaction very easy and explained everything perfectly. Top guy!

Do not waste your time, which I feel is far more valuable than your time at WBAC. Attended after a valuation on an older car… £900+ Final offer, in bank, short of £400 after FEE’S. Fee this, grade that, deduction that. Legalised theft!!! Honestly!! If you get a trade in offer…. It will be much higher! EDIT/ADDED After response from WBAC: "Experience tells us damage scratches/chips/dents on a vehicle along with missing items do affect the value of the car and subsequently affects the resale value. Our fully trained buyers therefore always carry out a thorough inspection in order to provide an accurate price." Actually, the car is in very good condition indeed. The 'fully trained buyers therefore always carry out a thorough inspection' you refer to consisted of a 40 second walkaround. The bonnet was touched/wiped once with his finger tips. There where no references/comments regarding marks/scratches/dents and none highlighted. There where no missing items and there was a spare tyre, something he did comment on. We advised no service history on quote, but he added some from the book. Oh, it was also a hard top convertible, yet not mentioned by the 'fully trained buyer' and not asked if it worked or anything. Frankly your online quote system is nothing more than a lead generator. I am afraid your response portrays a highly trained and well respected company. This is nothing like what it is like 'on the ground'.
Liam was very understanding and explained the procedure and documents needed for the sale. It was with regret that we had to sell my late fathers car, but Liam was compassionate about the circumstances and it was an easy task to do. A task I had been dreading.
