Updated: it has become even more disgusting since my first review around a month before. It seems like they don't have cleaners here at all, the floors are filthy with accumulated dirt. The changing rooms always smell strongly of sewage. Dead flies all over the sink in the ladies changing room was a final straw for me - see videos! Taken on Sunday around 9amnnPrevious review:nDoesn't seem to get cleaned, sanitary bins not emptied in over a week etc. It's a busy gym so they must rake it in, shame to see they are cheaping out on cleaners

This gym is exactly what you need. The staff are so friendly and approachable if you have questions or need help with equipment. There are a lot of different machines so it doesn’t get too busy. The app is really useful to see off peak times and see what classes are on. I’ve also had the pleasure of PT sessions with Holly, who is absolutely lovely, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Spacious bathroom/changing area and lots of free parking too. Really pleased I joined!

I’ve been a regular for a few years now, and the gym is consistently well maintained and clean. If any issues do come up, the team are great at communicating promptly.nnThe equipment is always in good working order, and the space is well laid out so it never feels overcrowded. The app is also a great feature, it shows live usage and predicted peak times, which makes planning visits much easier.nnThere’s a good variety of classes spread across the week at different times, so there’s always something that fits your schedule.nnThe team are consistently helpful and friendly. A special shoutout to Holly, who has been amazing in supporting me on my fitness journey.nnI'd happily recommend Poole Tower Park PureGym.

I have personal trainer sessions with Henry HBH Personal Trainer he is easy to get on with, simple instructions, good instructor, guides me when I need adjusting technique. Pushes me when I need to and also steps me down if needed. Makes me feel comfortable for someone who suffers with anxiety due to big busy places.

I’ve been a member at PureGym in Poole for almost three months, and I’m very disappointed. The shower water temperature issue is hit and miss—you never know what to expect, as it’s often cold despite being told it was fixed. The toilets and sinks are frequently dirty, with water left by the pistons. When I joined, there was an introduction session booked for me, but when I arrived and waited in the designated area, no one showed up. I went upstairs, and the staff were just chatting; a young guy said he didn’t know he was supposed to meet me. Although he gave me a tour and was knowledgeable, it was my first time, and I felt really out of place. Aside from these cleanliness and temperature problems, the rest of the gym is okay. But when I emailed my complaints to their general address, the reply just assumed I wanted to join and gave me instructions on that. There’s no clear complaint email, so I’m unsure if my concerns were even received. Until these issues are resolved, I can’t recommend this gym.
