Fight for fitness Health and Beauty is a new Personal training studio and Beauty salon in Broadstone, Poole. We offer a unique range of exercise programs and beauty treatments to help you looking and feeling your best.

I have been going to the group exercise classes for about a year. I love them. 
When I first went along I felt welcomed and it was such a friendly atmosphere. My fitness wasn't all that but it didn't matter, everyone there encouraged me and made me feel like part of the team.
I have since had personal training session and I can't recommend them enough. I am pushed to the best of my ability and really feel like I'm making progress. 
Dave is such a lovely, kind, down to earth guy who really makes you feel part of the Fight For Fitness family along with everyone who attends his classes. 
Every class is different and keeps you on your toes. I can't recommend them enough!

I have recently started training sessions with Dave. I had never done any classes what so ever, so really had no idea what to expect. I took advantage of the free trial sessions and had a go at all the different classes, the only trouble is that they are all made to be enjoyable, but hard work, fun and different every session so you will get hooked. The whole group is very welcoming and friendly. Dave is very knowledgeable in what he teaches and i have really enjoyed all his classes. The bonus with the good value for money membership is that you can choose as many or as few classes you want to attend. Can feel and see the benefits just after a few months.

I have been training with Dave for almost 5 years and do not know anyone more passionate about exercise. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and always supportive. Fight for Fitness offers numerous classes every week and the membership is well worth the money for the amount of sessions available. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere makes everyone want to come back and be part of our little fitness family! Could not recommend these classes enough!

I enjoy, and look forward to boot camp each week, it runs three times a week and you can join in no matter what level of fitness you are. I especially like it as I am very quite and there's no pressure to fit in the group. Everyone is friendly and boost me own to do my best. Dave is very encouraging and makes it fun also makes sure everyone understands what they are doing. And it's changes every session.

Fight for a Fitness has helped me turn my life around! I am fitter, healthier and more confident because of the fitness activities we do. There are 8 classes a week so its great value for money. I find everyone warm, welcoming and great fun to work with. Give it a go you will be hooked!
