A very good club enjoyed visiting pool with our family. Nice changing rooms very clean and lovely pool area. Cafe area was good. Cleaned regularly as guests left. Not my local club just visiting but very pleased with the club overall. Thank you.

I phoned the David Lloyd centre on Saturday 07/04/2018 enquiring about a gym membership and was promised a phone call from sales to talk about a membership, I was never called back from sales. Monday 09/04/2018 I was in the area so I decided to go into the gym personally, A very rude lady on reception asked who my appointment was with and I said I haven’t got one, I tried explaining that I was promised a call to organise a membership or appointment however she was not interested and basically went onto another customer standing near by. Did not catch a name as she was too quick to turn away! Very poor from a gym that I was hoping to spend a lot of money joining with to use the facilities, you get better service from a low cost gym with half the facilities. Very nice looking gym inside and on the website however customer service on reception is disgusting! Avoid at all accounts unless you are lucky enough to get a call back from someone.

Been a member here for 6 months. Price seems to have been dropped to entice more families. At some times - the place resembles a council run swimming pool. The spa is not warm enough and tiny... some have dubbed it the 'foot spa'. The hygiene in the steam room / changing rooms has diminished. As a member - I want out.

My family love virgin active. We love going there swimming playing in the soft play. My also has tennis lessons here. The only thing we don't like is the temperature in the changing room it's freezing!!
