I recently joined the club and all the staff are very friendly and it has a really nice feeling to it. The gym is modern and the outdoor pool is fantastic.nI was very nervous as I have not been to a gym in about 10 years and become unfit and just didn’t know where to start. I signed up with Jennie as my PT, who has really inspired me and given me the motivation. Provided support on the equipment and even offered to do a class with me - so I’m not as nervous. So friendly and got a good rapport with her. Looking forward to my fitness journey ahead.

I've had a few great PT sessions with Emma, she was insightful and has a great ability to tailor workouts to my fitness level and goal, keeping me motivated and challenged. I feel more confident in my fitness journey now and I highly recommend Emma to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals!

Great facilities, modern and clean. Diverse range of equipment and classes for all abilities. Tour fron Jordan was really helpful. He was really knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain all the facilities and class options available.

Had a great experience today. The staff are amazing! Lauren, who works in the cafe, was lovely. As someone who has dietary requirements, I always like to know what I can have, and she talked me through all the great things I could have on the menu! :

Stunning gym area the best gym in Dorset for sure. Great facilities great atmosphere staff always willing to help and go out of their way to make every visit enjoyable. Ethan and Olly always make time for every customer and are so polite and courteous. Highly recommended
