We had a fantastic experience with Jordan Browne at David Lloyd Poole. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave us a really personalised tour of the club, answering all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed.nnMy 14-year-old daughter and I were both really impressed by Jordan. We recently joined David Lloyd Poole and have been really impressed. The new gym and spa facilities are absolutely brilliant and far exceeded our expectations – everything feels modern, clean and finished to a really high standard.nThe main reason we ended up joining though was Jordan Browne, Sales Manager. If it wasn't for Jordan, we probably would have gone elsewhere. From the moment we met him, he looked after us incredibly well and made the whole process seamless from start to finish. He was friendly, genuine, and always happy to answer any questions we had.

I can’t recommend my PT Niky highly enough. She has been absolutely amazing in supporting me throughout my fitness journey, helping me build confidence, stay motivated and push myself in a way that feels both challenging and achievable.nnAs well as the training sessions, she has also been incredibly helpful with nutrition. Giving me guidance and support that feels realistic and tailored to my goals but also considering other health factors. Her advice has helped me make better choices without feeling overwhelmed and it’s made a real difference to my overall progress.nnShe is knowledgeable, encouraging and genuinely cares about helping me succeed. Every session is well planned, positive and motivating, and I always leave feeling stronger, more confident and focused to achieve my goals.nnI’m so grateful for all her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer who is professional, motivating and truly invested in your progress.

Been here a couple of times and was impressed but now they are mid way through the upgrade I’m super impressed! Great studios and classes! Looking forward to visiting next year and seeing the final result ‍‍
