Paula's classes are really enjoyable and I look forward to them every week. She is very professional, and provides a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I would thoroughly recommend Poole Bay Pilates whether you're completely new to pilates, or have been doing it for a number of years.

I have attended Poole Bay Pilates classes for quite a few years. They are well run and very enjoyable. Paula is extremely professional and pays close attention to detail, ensuring that the exercises are executed correctly. I can wholeheartedly recommend Poole Bay Pilates.

I've been attending Paula's Pilates classes for a number of years and feel I have really benefited from them as well as enjoying them.  Her professionalism shines through in her teaching and I would thoroughly recommend her classes.

I have thoroughly enjoyed Paula's pilates sessions over the years. I find the sessions informative with Paula's attention to detail ensuring we all perform the moves correctly. The sessions really help my ageing knees and hips!! Would highly recommend Paula's classes.
