Many classes, loads of equipment but the smell... could certainly do with some ventilation to cope with the 6pm odour

this place is great to train be it a workout, a spin class, fitness or just plain old body conditioning. There are Personal Trainers on hand if assistance is needed or questions need answering and if you require a one to one or a personal program off them then they'll be happy to oblige (for a fee of course as their self employed). I enjoy this place cos its open 24/7 with loads of exercise equipment, free weights and spin bikes and it has a friendly unimposing atmosphere where everyone's on a par so if your fat, thin, tall or short you'll just go unnoticed and not feel like your being judged.
